Day-wise routine
Day 1 — Arrive Guwahati
Kamakhya Temple, Umananda island and an evening Brahmaputra sunset cruise.
Day 2 — Guwahati to Shillong
Umiam Lake, Don Bosco Museum, Ward's Lake and Police Bazaar.
Day 3 — Shillong to Cherrapunji
Elephant Falls, Shillong Peak, then Cherrapunji for Nohkalikai, Mawsmai Cave and Seven Sisters Falls. Overnight in Sohra.
Day 4 — Dawki, Mawlynnong, back to Shillong
Umngot river boating, Mawlynnong village and the Riwai root bridge. Optional Nongriat double-decker trek for the fit.
Day 5 — Departure
Drive to Guwahati airport or railway station.
